USER REGISTRATION
In order to purchase via web you must consent the treatment of personal data by filling the registration module. After the registration you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation request in order to prevent improper uses of e-mail addresses.
After the confirmation you will have immediate access to the purchase area.

EVENT SELECTION
The purchase of tickets is carried out by the function Search events.
Once you have chosen the event you can purchase tickets by clicking on the trolley near the time of the event.
A grey trolley means that the Organizer did not authorize on line selling or that purchase time is expired.

CHOICE OF THE SEATS
According to the venue and the sectors chosen by the event Organizer, seats could be numbered or unnumbered: if seats are numbered you will be shown seats position before the purchase confirmation: please follow carefully proposed instructions.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
The purchase with credit card is made through a secure connection to the banking circuit. At the end of the purchase we will send all fiscal data to your e-mail; conserve these data as purchase confirmation also in order to obtain the refund if the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
The purchase confirmation are in PDF format which requires a reading software. This software can be freely downloaded on www.adobe.com or on www.foxitsoftware.com

DON'T HAVE RECEIVED THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION?
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail you can use the page REPRINT PURCHASE CONFIRMATION, or you can contact the customer service at the address acquisti@greenticket.it specifying your user code, title and venue of the event, date and time of the purchase.

COLLECTION AT THE VENUE
Unless differently stated by the Organizer and highlighted during the purchase, tickets could be collected at the box office of the event venue the same day and within the starting time of the event.
In order to collect the purchased tickets you must carry all the data contained in the confirmation e-mail together with valid identity papers of the person in charge of the collection.
Tickets not collected within the stated time will not be refunded.

TICKETS SHIPPING
The shipping address of tickets is specified during the purchase confirmation and it may be different from the registration one.
Once the shipping is requested, it could not be cancelled neither you could change the address.

TICKETS REFUND
In case of loss or damage, wrong purchase or supervening impossibility to be present at the event, purchased tickets could not be refunded.

EVENT CANCELLATION
In case of event cancellation tickets will be refunded only if provided by the Organizer.
